LexMitigate was born from a realization that the rising sun of global innovation requires a new kind of advocacy—one that is both globally fluent and locally grounded. This journey, from the legal heart of New Delhi to the high-stakes federal courts of New York, is the foundation of our firm’s bespoke strategy for cross-border disputes.
From the East, a Vision Rises
Starting her career as a Research Assistant at O.P. Jindal's Technology Competition Law and IPR Law Think Tank JIRICO, she quickly found her passion in evolving technological trends and the corresponding regulatory space. She then moved to practice as an Associate at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan in their Technology Law Litigation Team. On moving to practice litigation at the Supreme Court of India, our founder witnessed firsthand the complexities of commercial litigation in a rapidly evolving economy. This experience instilled a deep respect for legal rigor and the necessity of analytical resilience when navigating multi-jurisdictional challenges.
A Foundation of Excellence
Academic mastery provided the compass for this international path. Graduating as a bronze medalist from O.P. Jindal Global University and pursuing an LL.M at Georgetown University Law Center, she honed an expertise that bridges the Indian legal tradition with advanced American jurisprudence.

Today, she stands as a rare dual-qualified practitioner, licensed in both the New York Bar and the Delhi Bar Council.
